Banquet Instructions
Please use the form below to enter all guests from your institution. Registrations are due one week prior to the banquet. You may add guests to your list on-line and make updates; however, no registrations can be made on-line less than one week prior to the banquet. Please contact Cari Carpenter at cari@hgf.org with any extenuating circumstances.
As a reminder, the following registration fees apply:
Faculty Advisor – No charge. Paid for by the HGCF.
Faculty Advisor’s Guest (1) - No charge. Paid for by the HGCF
Spirit Award Recipient - No charge. Paid for by the HGCF
Spirit Award Recipient’s Guests (1) - No charge. Paid for by the HGCF
Elevator Pitch Contestant - No charge. Paid for by the HGCF
Distinguished Guests (Reference pre-approved list) - No charge. Paid for by the HGCF
Other Adult Guests – $25 each – Costs subsidized by the HGCF
Other Students Guests - $10 each – Costs subsidized by the HGCF
When you hit “submit”, a “Total Due” will be calculated. Please give this amount in total to Brenda Wishart at the banquet. Cash and checks are accepted. Checks can be made payable to HGCF.
