Bradford Knipes has been a Westfield State College professor since completing his Ph.D. in Strategic Management at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, in 1988. He was chair of the Department of Economics and Management from 1997 to 2005. He has worked as a manager or consultant in several small businesses, and has taught Small Business and Entrepreneurship courses for more than 15 years. In 2008, he created an online Entrepreneurship course, and was the founding advisor of the Entrepreneurship Club. Professor Knipes has taught courses at three Russian universities, and made presentations at both national and international academic conferences.
