Diane R. Sabato
 
Ms. Sabato joined the faculty as an Assistant Professor in the School of Business & Information Technology in January of this 2009. She serves as the lead faculty for entrepreneurship. Previously, she was the Director of the Entrepreneurial Institute at Springfield Technical Community College (STCC). In her role as Director, she was responsible for a continuum of programs in entrepreneurship education and student business incubation, providing lifelong learning opportunities to K-16 students throughout western Massachusetts.
 
Diane has co-facilitated the Entrepreneurship: Concept to Commercialization class with Doug Buckley since its inception in 2003. For the past two years, she has worked with elementary and middle school students in an after school program, exploring innovation and invention.
 
An advocate for lifelong learning, Ms. Sabato holds a Masters in Education, in Curriculum and Instructional Technology from Framingham State College, a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Manitoba, an Associates Degree in Science in data processing from Springfield Technical Community College and a Certificate in Architectural Technology from Springfield Technical Community College.
