Pam Baran is an adjunct instructor at Holyoke Community College. She currently teaches entrepreneurship and management courses at HCC, as well as previously having taught finance courses at Western New England College. Pam also served as the Interim Dean of Human Resources in the Fall of 2007, and is a co-coordinator of the Business Division Speaker Series. She currently is a co-advisor to the HCC Entrepreneurship Club.

Her prior professional experience includes over 18 years in banking, most recently at the Bank of Western Massachusetts where she established and managed the Residential Mortgage and Consumer Lending Department.
