Professor Gail Ward Olmsted is a member of the business faculty at Springfield Technical Community College. She teaches courses in marketing and entrepreneurship and serves as the liaison with the Scibelli Enterprise Center. Prior to joining STCC, she spent seven years on the faculty at Western New England College. While at WNEC, she also served as the Assistant Dean of the School of Business.

Olmsted earned a Master’s of Business Administration degree with a dual concentration in marketing and management from the University of New Haven. She also holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in marketing from Central Connecticut State University. Prior to teaching, Olmsted worked for sixteen years in a variety of marketing capacities in the telecommunications industry. She is currently enrolled in the Project Management Institute’s Project Manager Professional certificate program.
