Dr. Robert Fiore holds a doctorial degree from Argosy University in Entrepreneurial Management suma cum laude and MBA cum laude and an honors BS in finance from the University of Massachusetts. He has presented business plans at the MIT, NY and Philadelphia venture capital forums. He was a past member of the MIT Venture Capital Forum and the Western Massachusetts Economic Development council.

An Airline rated pilot and certified flight instructor, he has owned his own aviation business and successfully completed the start-up of a regional cargo air carrier. He has served as CFO of Cerebral Palsy, and on the board of The Western Massachusetts Food Bank and served as executive assistant to the President and Board of The Bank of New England. He has consulted for SCORE and UNICO. He has served on the board of Springfield College. He recently wrote a revitalization businessplan for the Academy of Music in Northampton.

He has several papers published on Entrepreneurship and developed and has taught the course at Springfield College for ten years. He is the Vice President of the Small Business Directors Institute and the administrator of the Harold Grinspoon grant for the advancement of Entrepreneurship at Springfield College.  Dr. Fiore was awarded the Coleman Foundation's best empirical paper award for Entrepreneurship in 2006.
