Israel-Related Grants
Towards the end of 2002, Harold Grinspoon initiated a strategic process of allocating funding on behalf of Israel through the Harold Grinspoon Foundation, which was established in 1991 to enrich Jewish life in Western Massachusetts and beyond.
Prior to the 2002 strategic planning process, allocations to and for Israel were largely made through HGCF.
