Each spring the Excellence in Teaching Awards program recognizes more than 100 outstanding educators throughout the Pioneer Valley at three festive banquets.

These banquets include a festive dinner, individual award presentations and inspirational speakers and/or entertainment.

Gifts for winners include a cash prize along with an engraved plaque, significant course tuition incentives at eight participating colleges and universities, and memberships to local YMCAs and the Springfield Jewish Community Center.

Tickets are available free to each winner and one guest, superintendents, principals, district representatives, mayors, funding partners and funding supporters, and other dignitaries. Limited paid tickets are also available for educators and other supporters of winning teachers in every district.
